What TruckDesk does
TruckDesk is the back office for a small carrier. Paperwork comes in, every dollar gets allocated to the right truck, driver, load and category, and two things come out: driver settlements you can hand over without arguing about them, and books that are already reconciled.
The shape of it
- Money in. Loads and rate cons, invoices, and what the broker or factor still owes you.
- Money out. Fuel and card spend from bank and statement imports, categorized once.
- Settlements. A pay run per period. Every line traceable to a load or a charge.
- Filings. Deadline-bound work, starting with quarterly IFTA.
What it is not
It is not an ELD, and it will not become one. TruckDesk connects to the telematics provider you already run rather than replacing it.
It is also not a dispatch board. Loads exist here because they decide what a driver is paid and what a customer is billed, not to plan anyone’s week.
