The weekly rhythm
Most weeks run in the same order. The app is arranged around it: the four surfaces below are the ones with a tab on your phone, and everything else lives behind More because it is monthly or quarterly work.
- 01Loads land. Rate cons get read and become loads. Add them by hand, upload the PDF, or import a spreadsheet.
- 02Spend arrives. Bank feeds sync, and card or fuel statements get uploaded and reviewed before anything enters the ledger.
- 03Charges get attributed. Every charge lands on a truck, a driver and a category. This is the step that decides whose settlement a fuel purchase shows up on.
- 04The pay run. One run for the period, one number to approve.
Why the order matters
A settlement is only as right as what preceded it. Approving a pay run before the week’s statements are imported produces a settlement that is correct arithmetic over incomplete facts — and settled rows are locked afterwards.
