Drivers get their own view of their own pay. No install, no account to create, and nothing about anyone else.

What a driver sees

• This week, as an estimate — drawn from the draft in progress and labelled as an estimate rather than a promise.
• Their settlement history, filterable by year.
• Their own statements, in full, downloadable.
• Delivery capture, so a POD can be photographed and uploaded from the road.

They cannot see another driver’s pay, the company’s transactions, org settings, or anything about the back office. That boundary is enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface.

Getting a driver on

Add their email to their driver record, then invite them. As with staff, you get a link to send rather than an email being dispatched, which suits an audience that reads texts and not inboxes.

The link signs them in once and lets them set their own password, so no temporary credential is ever passed around. If a link goes stale, generate a fresh one from the same place.

Language

Each driver carries their own language, English or Spanish. The portal and their sign-in screens follow it. The settlement PDF is bilingual by construction and does not consult a language setting: every driver’s statement carries both, so it can be handed to anyone.
